Who you are contracting with

The André Virtual Academy service is provided by Global Lions Ministries ("AVA", "we", "us"), located at PO Box 3111, Lake City, FL 32056, United States. You can reach us at globallionsm@gmail.com.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.

Memberships and billing

Memberships are sold as recurring monthly or annual subscriptions at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Founding-cohort rates are locked for the stated number of consecutive months; if a membership lapses, the founding rate is not guaranteed on re-enrollment. You can cancel at any time from your account, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

Eligibility and accounts

Athletes under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the account and for payment. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

You may not share or resell your membership, copy or redistribute academy materials, upload unlawful, abusive or harassing content, attempt to breach security, scrape the service, or use it to harm minors in any way. Coaches, athletes and parents are expected to communicate respectfully in every AVA space.

Intellectual property

All training programs, videos, assessments, the Player Index, curricula, written materials, logos and branding are owned by Global Lions Ministries and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during an active membership. Content you submit (film, notes, reflections) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to use it to deliver coaching and feedback to you.

Nature of the service

AVA provides sports coaching, education and mentoring. It is not medical care, physical therapy, or licensed psychological or clinical treatment. Complete Player 360 is small-group membership support with periodic individual reviews — not weekly one-to-one clinical services. We do not guarantee athletic outcomes, scholarships, recruitment, playing time or specific performance gains. Consult a qualified professional for medical, injury or mental-health concerns.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses staff or other members, endangers a minor, or is used fraudulently. Where a termination is our decision and not due to your breach, we refund the unused portion of the current period.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date and, for active members, notified by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
